The Jamaica Rum is characterized by high esters and a full mouthfeel texture, it was distillates in the Undisclosed Distillery in Trelawny Parish and aged in Scotland for 13 years in an ex-bourbon cask. The goal was to illustrate a royal coat of arms using an animal as a subject. The Haiti Rum is a special and rare spirit, distilled in the Undisclosed Distillery in Port-au-Prince, and matured 17 years with tropical and continental ageing. It was usually consumed in elegant Parisian cafés at the end of the 19th century during the Belle Époque. I used the seahorse and a coral as subjects to highlight the elegance of these tastefull spirits. The idea was to illustrate a royal coat of arms using an animal as a subject. I enriched the blazon with other elements such as seaweed, floral elements, naval elements, rudders, compass rose, shells, exotic plants and pirate objects that recall the 19th-century world. To connect more these spirits I also used the mythological figures of the triton and the mermaid. The royal seal was digitally drawn by hand. They come in limited editions, the Haiti Rum in 251 bottles and Jamaica Rum in only 198.
