Brand identity.
The Darkfade project is a flashlight designed by Giaco and funded with the Kickstarter platform. As soon as I saw this project, I was so fascinated by the studio behind this product that I decided to design the visual identity. It is a particular flashlight that changes light intensity by rotating the wrist. The logo takes up the shapes of the object, tapered and thin, like a small extrusion. I added some noise to the lines to give an industrial look and in the central part of the logo the outline of the lines is more marked to give a “flashlight” effect. This is an unofficial branding study.
